    Return Policy

    Returns

    Shopping online is tricky! We get it. So for whatever reason you might need to return your purchase, send it back to us (customer pays for return shipping) within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund the original cost of your purchase (minus original shipping costs). Returned products must be unused and include their original packaging.

    Please provide a tracking number along with your return. We will not be held responsible for products that are lost in the mail when a return is sent in.

    Please note that international orders, warehouse orders, sale items, product won through a giveaway and orders made with merchandise credit cannot be returned.

    We will inform you of the refund by email and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. 

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account and get in touch with a customer service representative at info@BlackTravel.com. We also recommend contacting your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (around 3-5 business days).  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items do not include products that were purchased with a discount. Sale items are defined as items marked down prior to purchase. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. All SALE items are final. 

    Exchanges

    We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) to the address below for a refund and place a new order.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, we do not refund the original shipping amount.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail with returns.
